How to Set POP Emails Manually in Outlook for Windows 10/11

Preparation before Set Up Microsoft Outlook
We have already created a POP account in cPanel, now we want to add it to Outlook so that we can view emails.
Before you start settings, please get ready with the login information as these will be required during settings.
We can find this setting from cPanel when creating a POP email account in cPanel.
There are two types of settings i.e. Secure SSL/TLS and Non-SSL.
In our example, we will be using Secure SSL/TLS settings as recommended by our hosting.
This is the setting for Secure SSL/TLS Settings.

And this is for Non-SSL Settings which is not recommended as the data will be sent back and forth with plain text.
Due to this reason, it is not saved and the login information could be compromised as it may leak if someone sniffs the information.
